Taking Learning Outside the Classroom in Petersfield

During their time at Jigsaw Montessori Nursery, children will have ample opportunity to play and learn outdoors. Many children appreciate the chance to take their learning outside of the classroom environment.

Children are able to access our secure garden area, which features an artificial grass surface. The garden is immediately outside our main entrance and offers numerous engaging and stimulating activities and play opportunities. 

There are regular opportunities for children to visit various places in the local community (such as the library, marketplace, the Heath and the train station). These activities often introduce children to new ideas and experiences, which will help them to expand their understanding of the world around them.
